Because I still downloaded that GT6 Editor app knowing full well that I have none of the game or the console. And now I have made six circuits, two on all themes save the Eifel Flat one.

Can the tracks be transferred or shared without going directly through the game?

You can transfer the circuits to the game, provided you have a PSN account and a copy of the game. Or at least that’s how I read the tutorial.
